How can I make changes to my subscription?
To make changes to your subscription, simply log in to the Baze app on your phone or visit app.baze.com and follow the steps listed below:
- Once on your Baze Dashboard, Select your profile on the left side of your screen.
- Click “My Subscription”
- Select "Nutrient Test Kit" or "Monthly Supplement Box"
- Click “Reschedule” to adjust your next delivery!
Once your supplements have been reviewed by your dietitian, customize your cart by following these steps below:
- Go to your Monthly Supplement Box.
- Remove supplements by clicking the minus (-) button on the left.
- Email email@example.com if you need to change your supplements between shipments
