How can I make changes to my subscription?

To make changes to your subscription, simply log in to the Baze app on your phone or visit and follow the steps listed below:

  1. Once on your Baze Dashboard, Select your profile on the left side of your screen. 
  2. Click “My Subscription”
  3. Select "Nutrient Test Kit" or "Monthly Supplement Box"
  4. Click “Reschedule” to adjust your next delivery!

Once your supplements have been reviewed by your dietitian, customize your cart by following these steps below:

  1. Go to your Monthly Supplement Box. 
  2. Remove supplements by clicking the minus (-) button on the left.
  3. Email if you need to change your supplements between shipments
