When will my report be ready?

Normally, it takes around 11-15 business days for us to receive, analyze, and process your sample. If you are still waiting for your results and it's been longer than this, please reach out as soon as possible at hello@baze.com.

Sometimes, we can experience shipping delays and damages that can extend your waiting times. We do our best to reach out to everyone as early as possible if we come across an issue with your sample.

In the meantime, if you haven't had a chance to take your questionnaire, that can also slow down the processing of your results, as we use those answers to compile your report.
