What are your reference ranges and how did you come up with them?

We combed through the existing scientific literature - focusing on existing reference ranges, meta-analyses, and randomized controlled trials. We assigned different weights based on the level and quality of the evidence provided. Our team of scientists used all of this information to make informed decisions on establishing our optimal reference ranges. Our optimal range falls within the "normal" range is proprietary and based on where research points to the greatest health impact.
