What is your refund and return policy?

There are a few instances where refunds are appropriate. Here is our guarantee to you. 

  1. On your first Nutrient Test, if all of your nutrient levels come back as optimal then we will give you a full refund. 
  2. While we always want our customers to experience the importance of knowing their nutrient levels, we understand that it may not be the right time for everyone. If you receive your Baze Nutrient Test Kit and decide it’s not the right time for you, you can return the unopened and unexpired test within 30 days of your purchase. Simply reach out to our Customer Care Team at hello@baze.com, and we will be happy to issue a full refund once we receive your test kit back. 
  3. We are not able to issue refunds on any supplements orders, as they are 100% personalized to you. Additionally, to ensure we continue to adhere to our overall quality and timely fulfillment standards, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed. However, you can reschedule your next order anytime before it is placed by visiting app.baze.com.
