How do I cancel my subscription

To cancel or pause your subscription indefinitely, head to your account at https://app.baze.com/plan/cancel and follow the instructions listed. Please note that emailing our support team does not confirm cancellation.

You'll still be able to access your report and recommendations in addition to keeping what you've paid for, but you won't receive any charges or shipments unless you reactivate your account. If you'd ever like to reactivate, you can do so by going to app.baze.com/profile and clicking "Start Your Subscription."
