Why didn’t I get a supplement if my measurement is low?

We always supplement in the case that your measurement is below our optimal range. For some nutrients, such as vitamin D or omega-3, we also provide maintenance doses once you’ve reached the optimal range. If your measurement is low but you didn’t receive a supplement, it’s possible that you requested this be removed from your order in the past. You might also check that your nutrient level is actually deficient, and not simply off track.
