My Nutrient Test device window never changed color, what do I do now?

The Nutrient Test device window should darken and no longer be clear. The average time it takes for a customer to complete their sampling is 2 – 7 minutes, and it can take up to 10 minutes. 

If the device window has not changed color after 10 minutes, or if you think the device has not collected enough blood for any reason, please get in contact with us at hello@baze.com and include a photo of the underside of the device in your email. While waiting for a response from our Customer Care team, you may place the device on the return tray and pack it up, following the instructions included with your Test Kit.
